1. Riviera Maya
The experience begins in Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya hotels with pickup from your hotel or designated meeting point. Once everyone is aboard the air-conditioned van, travelers can settle in and get ready for a day that combines ancient Maya history, Caribbean scenery, cenote waters, and local Mexican flavor.
2. Zona Arqueologica De Tulum
Travelers will visit the famous Tulum Ruins, one of the most scenic archaeological sites in the Mexican Caribbean. Built near the coastline, this ancient Maya city offers a powerful mix of stone architecture, cultural history, and ocean views. A certified bilingual guide will lead an approximately 1-hour guided visit, sharing stories, historical context, and the cultural importance of the site. The transportation vehicles cannot keep or protect luggage during the tour, as they continue serving other travelers at each stop. The service is organized to accommodate the maximum number of passengers, not additional baggage.

Please be aware that, beginning April 21, 2026, archaeological sites in Mexico do not allow visitors to enter with backpacks or luggage due to safety regulations. Guests are advised to bring only what is absolutely essential for the visit, ideally items that can be carried in pockets or small bags. Only necessary personal belongings are allowed, with some exceptions such as diaper bags. We cannot assume responsibility for any personal items that the archaeological site’s security team refuses at the entrance.

A Mexican à la carte lunch dish is included with this excursion. However, it is not possible to adjust or customize the meal for particular dietary restrictions or preferences.

Pets and companion animals are not accepted on this experience. For safety reasons, animals cannot board the transportation or take part in the tour.

Travelers who plan to swim in the cenote must avoid applying creams, sunscreen, insect repellent, lotions, or similar products before entering the water.
