For this excursion, guests are not permitted to bring luggage. Only small personal belongings, handbags, or backpacks are allowed. The transportation vehicles cannot keep or protect luggage during the tour, as they continue serving other travelers at each stop. The service is organized to accommodate the maximum number of passengers, not additional baggage.
Please be aware that, beginning April 21, 2026, archaeological sites in Mexico do not allow visitors to enter with backpacks or luggage due to safety regulations. Guests are advised to bring only what is absolutely essential for the visit, ideally items that can be carried in pockets or small bags. Only necessary personal belongings are allowed, with some exceptions such as diaper bags. We cannot assume responsibility for any personal items that the archaeological site’s security team refuses at the entrance.
A Mexican à la carte lunch dish is included with this excursion. However, it is not possible to adjust or customize the meal for particular dietary restrictions or preferences.
Pets and companion animals are not accepted on this experience. For safety reasons, animals cannot board the transportation or take part in the tour.
Travelers who plan to swim in the cenote must avoid applying creams, sunscreen, insect repellent, lotions, or similar products before entering the water.
