Redemption Instructions

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO THE DESTINATION: If at the time of making your reservation online you did not specify the name and address of the hotel where you will be staying please contact Wisest Travel immediately. AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION (before the day of the activity): You should contact your Wisest Travel Concierge to: 1. Reconfirm the day of the activity. 2. Confirm pick-up time and meeting point (in case the activity includes transportation). THE DAY OF THE ACTIVITY: You must be present at the agreed time and meeting point (previously confirmed by your Wisest Travel Concierge), with this electronic ticket and an official identification.
