Redemption Instructions

Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. please text the reservations team at least 24 hours before your tour at +1 (775) 382-2816 with your confirmation number to confirm your pickup location and time. -Destination's security protocols mandates that no carry-ons the size of a small backpack or larger are permitted. Please leave any luggage at your place of stay. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. Tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. -Children under 2 years old, not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge. Travel Tips: -It is very dry in the desert region; please remember to stay hydrated, especially during hot weather. -Please dress according to the time, season, and weather of the activity date. Comfortable outdoor shoes are strongly recommended. -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. -Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. -Since the time of the tour could be delayed due to weather or other circumstances, please do not plan other time sensitive activities near the scheduled conclusion of this tour. We will not be responsible for any loss as a result of these conditions. Weather Disclaimer: Our tours will operate year-round, throughout seasonal weather. If roads are closed due to weather or other conditions that prohibit us from entering an area of the tour, we will do our best to provide the best route and/or alternate locations and timing to be able to continue to provide the best tour possible.
