Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

-Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. -Default pickup location is Treasure Island Hotel. Contact customer support immediately after booking to request changes; otherwise, defaults apply. -Destination's security protocols mandates that no carry-ons the size of a small backpack or larger are permitted. Please leave any luggage at your place of stay. If storing luggage at your hotel, allow extra time to avoid missing pickup. -Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses. -Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. Tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. -Children under 2 years old, not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge. Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund. Travel Tips: -It is very dry in the desert region; please remember to stay hydrated, especially during hot weather. -Please dress according to the time, season, and weather of the activity date. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. Weather Disclaimer: Tour will operate year-round. If roads are closed due to weather or other conditions that prohibit us from entering an area of the tour, we will do our best to provide the best route and/or alternate locations and timing to be able to continue to provide the best tour possible.
