Redemption Instructions

This is a 4 hour tour and our pick up time starts the moment you are met at your pick up location by your driver. If your hotel or private address is not listed here, please inform us after booking your Transfer. We will make sure you get picked up from wherever you are staying. If you are staying at a hotel, please wait in the lobby at pick up time. Your driver will come in to meet you with a name board. If you are staying in a private apartment or Airbnb, please wait outside at pick up time. We will be liaising with you 24 hours before your transfer to reconfirm your pick up details and time of pick up. We will also send you the driver details 24 hours before your pick up time. *This Ticket is not a pass to any sites. • Tours do not include entrance fees. Pthis is a panoramic tour with historic highlights and luxurious transport to and from the sites visited but are not accredited tour guides. The tour descriptions are suggested itineraries, the passengers may visit any other sites within the tour areas that they may wish to visit, time permitting. The driver will discuss any specific requests with passengers on the day. Blue badge accredited guides are available upon request (subject to availability and additional costs).

Pickup Information

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information This tour includes complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. We will collect you from your hotel or private address and return you to the same location at the end of the tour, unless you advise us otherwise. There is no additional charge for this service. Hotel Pick-Up: Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will come inside to meet you. Private Address Pick-Up: Please wait outside the main entrance of the property at the scheduled pick-up time. If your hotel is not listed during the booking process, please inform us at the time of booking or send us an email after your reservation is confirmed, and we will arrange your pick-up accordingly. If you do not yet have your pick-up details at the time of booking, please provide them at least 12 hours before the tour start time, or as soon as they become available.
