Pickup Information

Please provide your Local calling or Whatsapp contact. if you are coming through the airport so you can connect your mobile phone with DXB free wifi. Your driver/guide will pick up guests from their hotel or residence in Dubai. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The driver will contact you by WhatsApp or phone before arrival, and he will be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification. In addition, your tour guide will be standing at the meeting point wearing a company T-shirt/ID card and traditional kandura. Guests can easily recognize him, and we can also share the guide’s picture in advance if needed for easier identification.
