Redemption Instructions

One day before the tour, travelers must come to our agency to pay the entrance fee to the park and exchange their entrance ticket. It is important to bring your reservation confirmation and an ID. This will allow you to enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience on the day of the tour.

Pickup Information

Multiple pick-up locations are offered. Plazoleta La Apacheta, San Pedro de Atacama, Antofagasta, Chile If your hotel is outside the pick-up area, the meeting point is at Plaza Touristur at 4:30. Pick-up details We do not do pickups in Ayllus. If your hotel is outside our pick-up radius, please contact us to see if we can pick you up, otherwise we will arrange the meeting point at Plaza Turistur. Hotel pickup is offered. During the checkout process you will be able to select from the list of included hotels.
