For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

- Departure time may vary just a bit (max. 30min earlier or later) depending on your chsoen pickup point. We will confirm you the exact time by email before the excursion. - You will be accompanied by our bilingual HOLA TRIP guide throughout the excursion. However, inside the cave, explanations will be provided by the boat driver himself, and they may sometimes be available only in Spanish. After the visit, our HOLA TRIP guide will be happy to answer any questions in English if needed.

Pickup Information

Choose your pickup point among the following: 1. Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM) – C/ de Guillem de Castro 118 2. Hola Trip Office – C/ Ramon Llull 21 The guide will arrive with the bus on the main road. Please wait at the scheduled pickup time we will send you and search for the guide with HOLA TRIP badge. Pick-up time at IVAM is 10min before starting time. Pick-up time at Hola Trip office is 10min after starting time.
