Redemption Instructions

Departure from Rome: Your private driver collects you directly from your accommodation for a relaxed journey beyond the Eternal City. Please provide us in advance your selected pick up point. If you select the private guided tour option, you will meet your guide at the entrance to the archaeological area. The guide will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. If you select the just tickets option, we will provide the direct entry ticket via WhatsApp, the day before the tour. You don’t need to print them. Please bring a valid photo ID with you, as it may be required at the entrance. Please provide a valid and reachable phone number for the day of the tour, so that we can contact you in case of last-minute updates or to provide any necessary information regarding the meeting point, the guide, or access procedures. If we are unable to reach you, we cannot guarantee the proper operation of the tour.

Pickup Information

We offer door-to-door service from hotels/B&Bs located within the Aurelian Walls (Rome city center). Please share your accommodation address and a reachable phone/WhatsApp number after booking. If you are staying outside the walls, we will arrange a convenient central meeting point.
