Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Meet us at Yagrumo Restobar in Fajardo. Important: You must drive your rented/owned vehicle from the meeting point to the Rainforest. Uber and taxis are not allowed. Transportation is not provided at any point. Use GOOGLE MAPS in order to reach the correct location.
Redemption Instructions
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Tours leave right on time, travelers will be considered a No Show if they arrive late without the ability to receive a refund or reschedule. You can only participate in this tour if you are driving your own vehicle as you will need to follow the tour guide in your car until we arrive at the rain-forest. Recommendations for the hike: Shoes will get completely wet and muddy. Bring swimwear on. Flip flops/sandals ARE NOT recommended. Meet location is Yagrumo restobar in Fajardo.
