Sometimes the information between our company and guests do not quite make it or the info given is wrong.If you have any questions and the answer through the booking system doesn’t quite sound right.Please give us a call and I’ll be happy to provide you with the simple facts of your tour.Please leave your phone number or call CWA with your lodging information prior to date of tour. Please double check the date of your tour.Ive had people not look at their dates correctly and not get picked up. Please double check your pick up locations.We do not pick up unless it is in West Yellowstone Montana or at the Madison Campground in Yellowstone.We do not pick up anywhere else in Yellowstone or Montana.You will have to meet us at the Madison Campground or Madison Hotel or book a private tour. May and September tours starts at 9:00am from the Madison Hotel 139 Yellowstone ave West Yellowstone and 9:30am from the Madison crossing campground area at approximately 9:30am June,July and August has two departures 7:00am and 2:30pm from the Madison Hotel and 7:30am and 3:00pm from the Madison Campground. Please give us a call and need special assistance with pick up due to disability. And As Always…. We are in the service industry and you will be waited on and provided with a wide variety of information from your hard working guide.So just like your restaurant servers please remember to take care of your guide.Standard service industry gratuity for guides is 18-20%.
