Meeting and Pickup

Pickup Information

We do not accept pickup from Scandic or Elite frost as it is just 50m to walk to meeting place. We offer pick up from any hotel in Kiruna (additional charge). Please be at reception 30 minutes prior to departure time. Choose pickup option. Pickup can be arrenged from private residences or outside Kiruna, like Camp Alta, Icehotel or airport on request. Choose pickup option (additional cost of 100 sek comply and is paid after confirmation). The pickup need to be confirmed by us.
