Redemption Instructions

Your guide will provide your entry ticket directly at the meeting point before the tour begins. Please show your Viator voucher (either mobile or printed) to your guide to receive your ticket. No additional ticket booth visit is required. Full Refund: You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the tour start time to receive a full refund. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be refunded. Changes: Any changes to your booking made less than 24 hours before the tour start time cannot be accepted. No-Show: If you do not show up for the tour, your payment will not be refunded. Time Reference: All times are based on the local time of Hanoi. Note for travelers: We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early at the meeting point to ensure a smooth start to your Jeep adventure.
