Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival, please present your booking confirmation (printed or on your mobile device) at the designated meeting point or ticket counter. Our staff will assist you with check-in and provide any additional information needed for your day on Mahmya Island.

Pickup Information

Pickup is available from all hotels in Hurghada city and is included in the tour price. For hotels located in Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Safaga, or Soma Bay, an additional transfer fee will apply. The exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking, depending on your hotel location.
