Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Drive past the Black Marlin restaurant. We are located on the far righthand side of the building as you walk towards the marina. Look for the Lowcountry Watersports Flag by our check in office. Must arrive 40 minutes prior to your trip for mandatory 10 minute safety video/waivers.
Redemption Instructions
IMPORTANT: 1. Jet Ski Drivers MUST be 21 years old with a VALID Drivers License (Staff will check per Insurance Requirements) 2. Arrive 30 Minutes Prior to your Jet Ski Trip Time 3. NO REFUNDS are given for missing your reserved Trip Time 4. Passengers must be 6 years old and up to ride the Jet Ski 5. There is NO SWAPPING of additional passengers in and out mid trip. 6.
