Ha Long Bay entrance ticket: 310,000 VND per person (To be paid in cash directly to the tour guide on the day of travel)

Pickup Information

• Hanoi Old Quarter pickup: 7:15–8:00 AM. The exact time and meeting point will be confirmed one day before departure. • Due to traffic restrictions from 6:00–9:00 AM, you may need to walk 2–10 minutes to the nearest meeting point. • Staying outside Hanoi Old Quarter? Send us your hotel address. We will suggest the nearest meeting point, which you must reach on your own. • Please arrive 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. • Hanoi pickup: Transfer from Hanoi is included. • Tuan Chau pickup: Transfer from Hanoi is not included. • Please inform us in advance about vegetarian meals, dietary needs, or food allergies. • Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for kayaking, hiking, swimming, and cave exploration. Bring swimwear if needed. • The itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, or operational conditions. • Separate bookings: Contact us at least 20 hours before departure if your group would like to travel on the same bus. • Please prepare VND 330,000 cash per person for Ha Long Bay entrance fees.
