Pickup Information

If your hotel is not listed, please proceed with the booking. We will contact you one day before the tour to confirm your pickup address. You may also include your pickup location in the “Special Requirements” section when booking. To avoid traffic during peak hours, we recommend an early pickup between 7:00 AM and 7:45 AM. An earlier start allows you to avoid traffic congestion and visit more locations around Mount Fuji. However, the pickup time is flexible, and we will collect you at the time you request. Note: The Mount Fuji hiking season runs from July to September. During this period, there is an entrance fee of ¥2,500 JPY per person to access the Mount Fuji 5th Station, along with a mandatory shuttle bus service. If you do not plan to hike, you may skip the 5th Station and instead explore surrounding areas that offer clear, close views of Mount Fuji and other attractions. This is a fully customizable private tour. You may add or skip locations according to your preferences, and only members of your group will participate in the tour.
