1. Mercado Sanchez Pascuas
We will visit this small market, popular with the local people of Oaxaca, to charge our body and be ready to do our hike in the mountain, in this market we will find various options for breakfast, between fresh fruit juices and seasonal fruits, as well as tamales of beans, mole, dulce or pumpkin flower, quesadillas and delicious memelitas. Fresh fruit waters or smoothies we can also find here!

2. Santa Catarina Ixtepeji
Here we will do our hiking! In the forests of the Sierra Norte de Oaxaca, temperate ecosystems of great ecological importance that are home to pine and oak forests, mesophilic cloud forests. This region is famous for its unique biodiversity, high concentration of endemic species of flora and fauna, such as the multicolored hummingbird, and spectacular landscapes characterized by the presence of fog and epiphytes. Local communities have preserved these forests for centuries, and today they are a key destination for ecotourism and adventure tourism in Mexico.
