For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• Dress code - Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended  • If the weather forecast is a rainy day : Please bring an umbrella or rain gear with you • If the weather forecast is a hot sunny day : Please put on appropriate sun block • All tours take place as scheduled except under Red/Black storm warning or Typhoon #8 or above

Pickup Information

We provide a pick-up service for all guests staying at downtown hotels or the two cruise terminals. Please note that an out-of-city surcharge applies for pick-ups from the airport, airport hotels, Disney Hotel, Tung Chung, New Territories, and remote areas. If you do not see your hotel name on the list, please inform us when making your reservation. Thank you!
