Peak Tram Easy Queue:
Guests must collect a queue ticket before boarding the Peak Tram at The Peak Terminus (Upper Terminus). Guests without a queue ticket must wait in the Stand-by Lane (Zone A), which has lower boarding priority and longer wait times.
Individual travellers may collect a queue ticket by scanning the Easy Queue QR code at the Peak Tower or via the Easy Queue self-service kiosks located onsite.
Tour guides must present a valid Tour Guide License at the Guest Service Counter to collect a consolidated group queue ticket for tour groups.
The Easy Queue service applies only at The Peak Terminus (Upper Terminus).
