For groups, please meet the driver at groups meeting point #10, close to arrivals area B In case of any delay reaching the meeting point, please send one person from your party to meet the driver as it is vital that you make contact with him within 60 minutes from landing. Ocean Terminal: the driver will wait at the check out counter with a name sign. Kai Tak Cruise Terminal: Please go to the private car pickup area Zone A to B on the 1st floor. Our driver will make a quick stop and pick you up with name sign. Hotel pickup: the driver will be waiting at lobby showing a board with your name. If you have problems locating the driver please call our emergency phone number indicated below and ask for assistance. Please do not leave the meeting point without contacting our call center. If you make any changes to your pick up address or departure flight information, you must contact us by sending us an email up to 48 hours before your departure, so we can update your transfer provider.
