Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• You need approval from the local tour supplier for a early pickup before 7am or working after 11pm • After purchasing, If you need to extend the service time, please talk to your tour guide as early as possible.  According to law, your tour guide and driver can say no to any overtime request.   • If your tour guide and driver agree to work overtime, you can pay for extra hour supplement.   • The minimum service time is 4 hours • You can put your bags on the coach during sightseeing time.  Please take all important personal belongs with you  • Wheelchair accessible
