Your driver will be at the Kowloon West Train station with a name sign according to your actual arrival time, whether your train is early or delayed — no need to worry. Upon the train arrival, you’ll receive a warm welcome message from us along with a photo of your driver holding a name sign in the arrival hall. You’ll recognize your driver right away — no need to wander through the terminal with your luggage, unsure where to go. our team will be online to guide and assist you in your language throughout your trip.
