Pickup Information

Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it. If you prefer to be picked up at a specific time instead of your flight landing time, please provide us with your fixed pickup time and inform our operations team not to track the flight. The driver tracks your flight’s landing time and will wait up to 60 minutes after the flight lands at the airport. For other pickup points, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes.
