Pickup Information

Pickup is available from hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter. Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking. Customers should be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver or tour guide will contact you via WhatsApp or phone prior to arrival. For hotels located outside the Old Quarter, a convenient meeting point will be arranged, please come to 162 Tran Quang Khai street. Detailed pickup instructions will be sent via email or WhatsApp one day before departure. For tourists who do not book transfer service, please be present by 11:30AM in Tuan Chau international marina for checking in. Please ensure your phone number is active and reachable on the travel date. In case of delays or difficulty locating the vehicle, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
