• Please call to 02439262328 (Operator Hotline 24/7) or whatsapp/Viber to +84372536020 ( Ms Ian) to confirm your booking, pick up point & pick up time. • Please come to No. 9 Hang Huong Street in Hanoi between 7:45am and 8am to be picked up, if your hotel is NOT located in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area, Hoan Kiem distrct, Hanoi. If your hotel located in the Old Quarter, kindly advise exactly hotel's location. It's very importance for us to pick you up because there are many hotels got the same name but located at different place. • Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat • The itinerary could be changed due to the bad weather condition • Sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable shoes are recommended • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking • After the tour, If you want to stay in Tam Coc in the few days before getting back Hanoi, Please advise us when you do want to come back Hanoi. Daily we have bus at 15:30 from Tam Coc to Hanoi. Surcharge for this service is 7usd/way/pax Surcharge 15usd/pax (If you book Private Tour) or surcharge 5usd/pax (if you book Group tour) if you travel during Lunar New Year from 24-29 Jan 2020.
