Redemption Instructions

Passengers do not need to redeem a voucher at the ticket office, as the experience is a guided tour with pick-up from the agreed hotel or meeting point in Cusco. The guide will coordinate and validate the reservation directly with the passengers on the day of the tour.

Pickup Information

We pick up from all the hotels located in the historic center of Cusco, the guide will be communicating half an hour before pickup and indicate the characteristic of the transport.
