Meeting and Pickup

Pickup Information

*CRUISE SHIP CUSTOMERS* IF YOU BOOK PICK-UP, we have two (2) pick-up times: between 9am - 9:15am, and 12:00pm-12:15pm. This allows us time for pit stops and matching you to the best horse for your ability before our scheduled ride. If you miss the pick-up window, you are responsible for making your way to the horseback ride point. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled and non-refundable. Downtown Pickup Point Follow the crowd and turn left on the main road once you disembark. Cross the bridge and look for Hotel Mision Santa Isabel, just across the road. Meet us on the sidewalk by the stairs!
