Meeting and Pickup

Pickup Information

*CRUISE SHIP CUSTOMERS* IF YOU BOOK PICK-UP, we have two (2) pick-up times: between 9am - 9:15am, and 12:00pm-12:15pm. This allows us time for pit stops and matching you to the best horse for your ability before our scheduled ride. If you miss the pick-up window, you are responsible for making your way to the horseback ride point. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled and non-refundable. Downtown Pickup Point Follow the crowd and turn left on the main road once you disembark. Cross the pedestrian bridge and look for a tall, terracotta color building. Hotel Mision Santa Isabel is to the right, with charming Spanish-style architecture. Cross the street to the sidewalk between the two buildings, where we'll be waiting near the center stairway.
