Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Meet 15 minutes before departure at the Chahué Marina dock entrance. If you are late and miss the tour there are no refunds. All hotels and resorts in Huatulco have taxis. Taxi's are inexpensive with set rates. We can call you a taxi afterwards. There are bathrooms with showers at the marina.
Redemption Instructions
Don't miss the boat! The boat leaves on time in respect to all of our guests on the group tours. There is no refund or rescheduling for guests that arrive late and miss the boat. Remember to bring pesos cash - the National Park fee is 65 pesos per person - if needed, snorkel equipment rental is 200 pesos per person.
