• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Minimum age is 15 years • Not recommended for pregnant women • Segways are appropriate for most people aged between 16 years and 70 years. • Riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance. • Please bring proof of identification with your confirmation voucher. • Segways are not suitable for guests who weigh under 100 pounds (45 kilos) or over 250 pounds (113 kilos).
