 First loop starts at 10:00 am  Start your tour from Houston City Tours Visitor Center @ 1302 Dallas Street, Houston TX  Must come in to check in and receive wrist band before tour starts. Passengers must arrive 15 minutes  prior to the tour departure . There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
