For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
The course that passes without stopping is also worth seeing. Therefore, the tour is always conducted in the course that customers want. For eacch additional hour, it costs 30.000 KRW (Regular), 40.000 KRW (jumbo ) , 50.000 KRW(mini bus) Regarding vehicle dispatch: During the peak season, if a group of people cannot go on a tour with one vehicle at the same time, The customer tour is divided into two vehicles. In the event that the tour cannot proceed with one vehicle, If the vehicle cannot be arranged, we will notify the customer in advance and proceed with the tour if the customer approves. For example: 1) For 8-12 minibus customers Two jumbo taxis (6-8 passengers) and 2 regular taxis (4 passengers) are dispatched for the tour. Tours are also available for customers using a walker. We always provide all taxis registered in south of Korea.(All taxis include transportation insurance.) On these tours, a driver is always assigned to accompany the customer, walking with them and taking photos for them. (Excluding hiking courses) Closure Information (No entry) 1. Jeju Stone Park and Haenyeo Museum are closed on Every Mondays. 2. Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak is closed on the first Monday of every month. You can take a walk on the promenade on the left, free of charge, and the haenyeo performance will be held normally. The haenyeo performance is suddenly canceled in case of bad weather. 3 On Yongmeori Beach, if the sea level is high or the weather is bad, walking on the rocky beach is not allowed. Depending on the weather and wave height of the day, the beach promenade is open or controlled. 4. In case of heavy snowfall in Hallasan Mountain in winter, entry and climbing to Hallasan Mountain is restricted. 5. In the case of strong winds and typhoons, entry to many beach attractions may be restricted.

Pick up Location : Jeju Cruise terminal information center near area and outside parking area We will hold your name of card (or phone signboard ) We will hold a signboard with your name. Returns to original departure point.
