Redemption Instructions

Tour Schedule & Frequency Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM Bus Frequency: Buses run approximately every 25 minutes between stops (please note that additional delays may occur due to city traffic). First Tour of the Day: Departs at 10:00 AM from Stop #1 (Union Square). Location: Corner of Geary St. & Powell St., right in front of Macy's. Last Full Tour: Departs at 4:00 PM from our Main Booking Office at Stop #7 (2737 Taylor Street). The bus completes the full circuit and returns to Stop #7 at 6:00 PM. Flexibility: You can board the bus at Stop #1, our Main Booking Office (Stop #7), or any of the subsequent designated stops along the route! Important Route Tips & City Restrictions Because San Francisco has strict city guidelines for large tour buses, please keep these specific stops in mind: Pier 39 (Stop #6): Our buses cannot stop directly next to Pier 39. Please hop off at Stop #6 (Pier 35) and enjoy a short, scenic 100-meter walk to Pier 39. Golden Gate Park (Stops #13, #14, #15): The city does not allow buses inside the park. The bus will ONLY stop at Stop #13. Painted Ladies / Victorian Houses (Stop #17): Located in a quiet residential zone where buses are restricted. Guests will hop off at Stop #17 and take a short walk to view the Painted Ladies.
