Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Board at Stop #1, Storefront 523 S. 27th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 @ 9:00 am, 10:15 am, 11:30 am, 12:45 pm for the Hop On Hop Off Ticket. You may also board at any of our 21 Stops along the way. Please call for specific stop times at 412-381-8687, or refer to our times schedule at www.pghtours.com/tour-times. Always call or refer to our website in case of stop closures or delays. We work to maintain tour times, but buses may be delayed at stops for unforeseen circumstances. Times are approximate, and we do not refund tickets if a bus is running behind schedule or if a passenger arrives late to a pickup location. Tours begin promptly, and we will not wait for passengers, so please be at the stop approximately 10-15 minutes before pickup time. We will not refund tickets if you are at the wrong stop at the wrong time. Unfortunately, we can't move your ticket to another day or issue a refund if you are waiting at the wrong location. Always "WAVE" at the bus so we know you want to join in on the fun! It's best to start early to make the most of Hop On and Off. For more information, call 412-381-8687.
