For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at the official stop of your choice, customers must present a reservation voucher and an official photo ID directly to the bus driver to receive their tickets. You will receive a bracelet and a receipt for both activities. You must check in with the bus driver. Do not arrive at Aquaworld on your own, as access will not be granted. Official stops Hotel Zone Circuit: 10:00 am Bus Terminal ADO in the passenger´s waiting room ADO AEROPUERTO 10:20 am Playa Tortugas: Km. 6 Crossing the boulevard, at the bus stop on the lagoon side. 10:30 am Plaza la Fiesta: Km.9 In front of the Convention Center, on the lagoon side, the Plaza main entrance. 10:45 am Plaza la Isla " 1 ": Km.12 Main entrance. 10:50 am Aquaworld: Km. 15 (Subsee Explorer) 11:00 am Playa Delfines: Km.17 Lookout (In front of the CANCUN sign) 11:10 am Plaza Kukulkán: Km.13 On the boulevard, at the plaza´s main entrance. 11:15 am Plaza Forum: Km. 12 at the bus stop located before reaching Plaza Forum, in front of the Arts and Crafts market Coral Negro. 11:25 am Playa Tortugas: Km6 At Playa Tortugas, at the bus stop on the beachside. 11:50 am Mercado 28: On AV. Xel-ha, in front of MERAMEX-Mexican Art Market Official stops Centro Circuit: -10-12-14:00hrs Bus Terminal ADO Canun: ADO AEROPUERTO waiting room. -Planetarium, Stadiums, Parque Kabah, Santuario, P.Las Americas, Malecón Tajamar, Plaza de Toros. Buses run every 2 hours, approximately, depending on local traffic SUBSEE EXPLORER: Please send a WhatsApp message or call Turibus Cancun at +52 998 195 5053 to make a reservation at least 24 hours before your activity IMPORTANT: The final circuit lap starts at 6 PM and ends at 8 PM at the Bus Station. If you board during this last lap, your ride will conclude at the Bus Station. To ensure you don’t end up far from your destination, please check with your bus driver for more details.
