Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your digital or printed reservation voucher along with a valid photo ID directly to the bus driver. -Receiving Your Tickets: the bus driver will provide you with a bracelet and a receipt, which serve as your entry passes for both the City Tour and your selected attraction. Keep your bracelet on and hold onto your receipt at all times. -Boarding the Bus & Access to Attractions: You must show both your bracelet and receipt each time you board the bus. To enter your chosen attraction (Aquarium or Observation Wheel), you must also present your bracelet and receipt at the entrance. Check-in must be done with the bus driver first. Please do not go directly to the attraction, as access will not be granted without prior check-in. -Important Tour Schedule Notes: The last circuit lap of the day does not return to the starting point. It will conclude at the stop where the final scheduled time is reached. To ensure you don’t end your ride far from your destination, please check with our staff for details.
