Redemption Instructions

You may start the experience however you prefer. Board any pink Hop On Hop Off bus at any of the 8 stops; onboard staff will provide your entrance voucher for the Basilica of Saint Mary Major. If you wish to visit the basilica first, request your voucher in advance from the Booking Team and go directly to the entrance at Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore. Important: This voucher is not the entrance ticket to the Basilica; you must collect the ticket onboard or at the office. If you selected the audioguide option, collect the audio device at the basilica entrance. A valid ID/passport is required for entry. Eating and drinking on the bus is not permitted.
