Pickup Information

⚫︎ We can pick you up from hotels, hostels, Airbnbs, and apartments in Tokyo’s 23 wards. Unfortunately, we can’t pick up from airports, ports, or stations, so please check before booking. ⚫︎ Drivers might be up to 30 minutes late due to traffic on highways. ⚫︎ Special Requests: Let us know if you need a child seat or have any allergies or special needs. ⚫︎ Some shops and activities might not accept credit cards, so be sure to bring some cash. ⚫︎ For pickup and drop-off outside of Tokyo, please contact the activity provider
