We meet by the steps of the Parcel Yard, in front of the Platform 9 3/4 shop. Your guide will be holding on to an A4 sign that says Platform 9 3/4.

We end a 5minute walk from London Bridge Station.
Redemption Instructions
We meet 10 minutes before the start of the tour. Please do not be late as sadly we do not refund latecomers. Please inform of us your preferred start time 48 hours before the tour. Note: Want to get your photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley? Queues can be big so we recommend arriving 45mins before the tour starts - we won't have time during the tour itself.
