Redemption Instructions

Important: You must meet at your selected pick-up point and board a coach to Warner Bros. Studio, where entry tickets will be provided by a Premium Tours representative upon arrival at the Studio. Please ensure you follow the instructions for the pick-up point selected at the time of booking. Victoria Coach Station (if this option is selected): Please note the time shown on your ticket is the departure time from Victoria Coach Station. Check-in is required 15 minutes before departure, and boarding takes place inside the terminal at the designated gate (Gate 19 for 8:15am; Gate 0 for all other departures). Gates close 5 minutes before departure, so please arrive in good time. Marble Arch (if this option is selected): If you have selected the Marble Arch pick-up, you must arrive at Marble Arch by Thistle Hotel, W1H 7EH at 1:45pm and wait outside the main entrance for a 2:00pm departure. Additional information: You can bring luggage on the coach, but it must be stored at Warner Bros. Studio during your visit. Food cannot be stored. You must not re-board the coach more than 10 minutes before the scheduled return departure time due to driver rest breaks.

Pickup Information

Pick-up from Marble Arch is available from 13 April for the last departure of the day only. To select this option, please choose “Marble Arch pick-up” from the dropdown menu in the options section above. Please arrive outside the main entrance of the Thistle Marble Arch Hotel at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm departure.
