Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. Meeting point & Departure point: King's Cross Station, Pancras Road, Bus Stop T, London Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your start time. • Meeting times: Customers must arrive at King's Cross Station, Pancras Road, Bus Stop T, London by 8:30 AM for the 8:45 AM departure (10:30 AM entrance), by 9:30 AM for the 9:45 AM departure (11:30 AM entrance), by 10:30 AM for the 10:45 AM departure (12:30 PM entrance), by 11:30 AM for the 11:45 AM departure (1:30 PM entrance), and by 1:30 PM for the 1:45 PM departure (3:30 PM entrance). • Return times: 10:30 AM Entrance (departs the Studio at 2:30 PM, arrives at King's Cross Station at approximately 4:00 PM). 11:30 AM Entrance (departs the Studio at 3:30 PM, arrives at King's Cross Station at approximately 5:00 PM). 12:30 PM Entrance (departs the Studio at 4:30 PM, arrives at King's Cross Station at approximately 6:00 PM). 1:30 PM Entrance (departs the Studio at 5:30 PM, arrives at King's Cross Station at approximately 7:00 PM). 3:30 PM Entrance (departs the Studio at 7:30 PM, arrives at King's Cross Station at approximately 9:00 PM).
