Redemption Instructions

After Luggage Pick up and Customs please proceed OUTSIDE the Airport Terminal Building to meeting point # 10. If you are not planning on investing in a Time Share or Vacation Club we suggest not stopping inside the Airport Terminal Building after you picked up Your Luggage and passed through Customs. We recommend to call our Airport Supervisor at +52-624-191-1910 once you are the Luggage Pick up area, due to Airport Regulations no Vehicle can wait for you in the boarding zone, if you call us we can save you valuable vacation time and pull in the Vehicle before you exit.
