Redemption Instructions

• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. • Hotel pick up and drop off will be provided. Please do call us at least 48 hours prior to the tour date or by sending email in order to reconfirm the pick up time. • Since desert horse riding involve off-road, pregnant woman, people with heart problems and other sensitive ailments will undertake the tour at their own risk • You must need to present either a physical or electronic mobile voucher on the day of tour Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Maximum weight allowed for horse riding is 90 KG. if you are over 90 KG you cannot ride. Please do consult with us.

Pickup Information

Pick up and drop off from your hotel in Dubai included in package. Pick up will be from the lobby of your hotel on advised timings. Please note the horse riding activity timing is subject to change based on the sunrise and sunset timings during the summer. the information about ride timings will be advised prior.
