Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
We are located inside Lake Louisa State Park. After passing through the Ranger Station, stay straight on the main road for three miles until you see a sign for Guided Trail Rides.
Redemption Instructions
Please present this voucher to your Lead Guide upon arrival at the Horseback Riding Facility. (This is not the Ranger Station at the front entry, you will present the voucher when you arrive where the horses are.) PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: All participants must be at least 8 years old, have a BMI score of 31 or lower, may not be pregnant, and meet our other essential eligibility criteria. You can find the additional criteria here: https://lakelouisastatepark.com/eligibility-criteria All participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ride start time in order to complete safety steps. Late arriving participants will not allowed to ride, and no refunds will be issued. Please complete your waiver ahead of time through the link emailed to you.
