Redemption Instructions
Once you have booked your visit, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important that you show this confirmation on the day of your visit. Please bring your reservation and your official identification. Times vary by hotel, our representative will tell you the exact pick-up time by mail or text message. Please consider transportation schedules for your pick-up and drop-off. Remember that you can only drive an ATV if you are over 18 years old. If you are not coming as a couple, please book 2 reservations, one for 2 people in double service and 1 for 1 person in single service. If you reserve 1 double service for 3 people or an odd group, you will be asked to pay a difference when boarding only for one person. which will have to go in simple service. Please remember that the weight limit is 300 pounds for ATVS, 270 pounds for zip lines, and 220 pounds for the horseback ride. If you exceed this limit you will not be able to enter the activity.

The second is for a mid-day tour and the pick-up is in: CANCUN AREA AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM AREA between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving at the park at 1:30 p.m. Schedules vary depending on the hotel, our representative will tell you the exact pick-up time via email or text message. For Tulum hotels and Airbnbs, the special meeting point will be the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket in the city center. Please consider the transportation schedules for your pick up and drop off.
