Pickup Information

Please be aware that your hotel pick-up time may vary by 1 to 1.5 hours from the scheduled time. The pickup point will be at the main entrance of your hotel's main gate (by the road), not at the reception gate or area The long-range pickup service from Makadi, Safaga, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh , and the Soma bay area’s is available to book in the checkout process as "add on" The pick up is at the location mentioned is on time and the activity provider can wait no more than 5 minutes, as there are other clients to be picked up Additional Charges:** Pick-up in Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, or El Gouna incurs an extra €10 per person. Pick-up in Soma Bay incurs an extra €15 per person.
