With the spirit of legendary Doctor Buzzard watching over our endeavor, this is a character-driven, selective, adults-only ghost tour. With accolades ranging from recipients of America's Most Haunted City Award to production work, appearances on Scariest Places On Earth, Ghosthunters, MTV's Fear, Coast2CoastAM, and more. We're authors, actors, filmmakers, historians, and storytellers. We present original material experiences done in an entertaining, mature way by well-heeled professionals for like-minded adults. The tour was founded by the former Georgia Sectional Director for The American Institute of Parapsychology, and producer of the film, America's Most Haunted City film, Shannon Scott. Attendees receive download codes to this 2 Hour pioneering documentary to be enjoyed later, along with Doctor Buzzard branded souvenirs. We meet in Monterrey Square at The Pulaski Monument historical marker to the west side of the Pulaski Monument itself centered in the square or on the Mercer-Williams House side of the monument.

1. Chatham County Jail

The Old City Jail was once home to 600 prisoners, areas for the criminally insane and violent along with an execution cell. Its no wonder the art college bailed on the structure and we're all left wondering how the private Christian school located there is doing!

2. Greene Square

Home to an old female orphange where 2 bank robbers learned their lesson and lost their freedoms to a ghost! One cottage overlooking the setting for a somber scene where a teenage girl considers suicide but is consoled by a concerned and all too familiar ghost.

3. Conrad Aiken Home

A murder suicide in a childhood gives life to one of the world's most fascinating poets. Discussions include Colonial Park Cemetery, Police Precinct One and other related supernatural events that make these 2 side by side properties utterly fascinating.

4. Calhoun Square

Now known as Taylor Square for a famed nurse, situated beneath the square is one of the original black burial grounds built over as the city expanded and his home to the famously haunted Espy House and 432 Abercorn.

5. Colonial Park Cemetery

Famed 1750's cemetery home to colonial hangings, mass graves, and nightmarish stories of yellow fever along with heavy historical and modern use by root doctors. You'll hear about the Man in Blue apparition and more.

6. Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace Museum

It's difficult to impress that one of the most haunted buildings in Savannah from a family perspective and an organizational one, is the Gordon Home but absolutely is one of the most documented haunted homes with accounts going back over 100 years.

7. Hamilton-Turner House

Savannah's first electrified home and one of the city's most beautiful inns has a dark past with massive poltergeist accounts, an unsolved murder and significant ties to Midnight In The Garden of Good and Evil

This former funeral home turned high-class inn has made more than one honeymooner's stay a fairly frightful one and for some has come with a touch of omen.

From yellow fever victims to a legendary shape-shifting cat, this home smacks of rootwork and other spiritual blemishes.

10. The Old Sorrel-Weed House Museum & Tours

This 1830s home was famously filmed by our company founder for the first episode of Ghosthunters ever filmed outside of their home state and stands as one of Savannah's most investigated properties.

11. Wright Square

Wright Square gave us the expression of Savannah, the city built on top of its dead as a cemetery with 300 estimated burials remaining beneath it. Historically it was the end of town as the 4th square of the eventual 24 and in colonial times is where the city jail, hanging gallows, stood over looking the early graveyard. This is where Irish sorceress, Alice Riley was famously kept and executed with plenty of early recorded accounts of her spirit inside of homes, businesses on the square.

12. 1790 Inn

This acclaimed bar, inn, was named such in 1790 before burning in the great fire of 1820. Not long after, Anna White ended her life here inside of a tragic, controlling marriage. Early developers in 1976, deal with the continual spirit phenomenon with famed demonologist couple, The Warrens of The Amityville, investigating. While many hotels latch onto pseudo claims of ghosts, there's no shortage of guests here leaving in the night and leaving their stories in the "guest registrar."
