Redemption Instructions

Present your digital or printed ticket to our representative upon hotel pickup or at Hurghada Airport before your flight. Your guide will verify your booking and provide all necessary details for your day tour. Please have a valid photo ID or passport ready for verification.

Pickup Information

Additional Pickup Details: Please provide the name of your hotel or accommodation in Hurghada when booking. Our representative will contact you one day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time (usually between 05:00–06:00 AM, depending on your location). Pickup is available from all hotels in Hurghada city center - Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, and El Gouna (an extra charge may apply for distant areas). Please be ready at your hotel reception at the confirmed time, and bring your passport or photo ID for airport check-in. Comfortable clothing, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended for the day.
