Redemption Instructions

Your tickets will be delivered directly by your tour guide at the start of the tour. Please be ready at your hotel reception at the scheduled pickup time, and have a valid ID or passport ready for verification. There’s no need to print anything in advance — your guide will provide all necessary tickets and vouchers for the day’s activities.

Pickup Information

To ensure your journey starts perfectly, please be ready at your hotel reception at the confirmed pickup time. Your private driver will meet you there, assist you directly, and confirm your room number for a seamless departure. We offer pickup from all hotels in Hurghada. If you’re staying in nearby areas such as El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, or Safaga, a small additional transfer fee may apply. As every trip is carefully arranged for comfort and timing, your exact pickup time will be reconfirmed the evening before your tour.
